I always struggle with eating healthy ALL of the time, mainly because it feels like so much work!It is so much easier to run out and get take out, or make a run through the drive-through. I try and plan meals ahead of time and set things out to prepare and guilt myself into following through with making it (honestly, who wants raw chicken sitting in their fridge for more than a day??) When I start to slack on preparing ahead of time, I often find that I make the same things over and over because they're so quick and easy. I also love that they're low cal and yummy :) I wanted to make a list for myself of all of my "go-to recipes".
This will be a slow process, so don't expect a book anytime soon!
