The second day in Rapid City was very busy. Our Game plan was to hike in Custer State Park and then sight see all the way home. We started at Sylvian Lake and hiked up to Harney Peak, which is the highest point in the Black Hills. I have a lot of pictures and not much to say - enjoy!
Here are a few pictures from the way up:
(ok I seriously have retyped that white blob up there 5 times and can't figure out why it's not showing up, but it just says that we hiked up from Sylvian Lake to Harney Peak - the highest point in the Black Hills)

And back down:
We went back through town and stopped at Dinosaur Park before going to dinner.... it was pretty lame, but we took kid-like pictures of ourselves anyway! All of Katelyn's are on her phone, so I only have the ones of yours truly :-/
Next we went to dinner and then hit the road. Wall Drug was the next stop, but it was about an hour into the drive. Here are a few of many pictures we took there. Katelyn has most of those as well.
